Refusal to Cancel Cover after several notice

I have sent emails to standard bank to cancel my life cover with them and sent them cession forms from Old mutual which they requested but they are still deducting my money. I don't want their cover no more coz it ends when the bond payments ends so its a waste of my money. They are not replying to my emails from September, I even sent emails to the team leader- Diane Kumalo, the team leadrer,s manager-Mohale Khomane, aswell as the senior manager- Iven Naaido BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. ********** 231 Mothepa Thelele
