Refund still not paid

<p>Insurance refund still hasnt been after 3 weeks. Agent said that it will take 7 days and still after subsequent calls were made to inform them, no payment has been refunded up to date. Please employ competent staff to deal with clients and also ensure that they are trained properly.</p>

I still havent received any feedback on this matter. The refund still hasnt been paid. If this matter is not resolved within 3 days, it will be referred to the Ombudsman.
