Refund- SHS***

My aunt became unemployed and I decided to take over her car insurance. Last month she cancelled her insurance as she sold her car. Std bank debit date as per agreement is 1st day of every month. I also even went to my debit orders to cancel it, 5 days later, debit order comes through on 5th. When I call bank which is also std, they refuse to reverse and yet they always reverse others from other institutions. I feel they are taking advantage of customers and you pay a price for even banking with them. That is cruelty and *****. I am going to ombudsman for this because I want my money.
