Really dissapointed in the outcome (rejected) of submitted a a claim (building) due to the continous rainfall in CPT this winter my weather side wall (interior) has came of worse. But i was told that due to maintance my claim is REJECTED. I am not a builder contracter and is unaware of maintance that needs to be done. Is this not the reason why we have insurance to the unforseen events ? I am utterly dissapionted. The assessor even explained the reason for the damages ...i ll wanted it he issue to be resolved and fixed.
