Really bad service

We just had bad service from standard bank since the passing of my mom. We waited long for the money to be paid out. We never got the airtime that we were suppose to. Next month is a year later and we still waiting for the policy to be debited for my father to continue with the policy. Kenneth keeps making promises to get back to us but all in vain.
