My 80 year old mother had lodge a claim for driving into her garage , door and motor is damaged . They send an electrical company to replace a fuse , fuse only worked for a few days and then replaced with another one same story . To date no assessor even came to check . This has been 3 months now and on folllowing up with them, I was told the case was closed ??? I spoke to a consultant she told me she will e mail me documents to NO avail . This is the most SHOCKING service , to add my mother never claimed in 16 years . To try and contact them by phone is a nightmare and some staff even put the phone down on you .
