Rating: Less than zero for Standard Bank Insurance

It is absolutely impossible to talk to someone to log a claim against a building insurance policy, so many attempts to call hanging on for 15, 20, 25 minutes and no answer. The app doesnt have the option I need and there is no response to any emails I have sent over a week ago. What am I paying premiums for if I cant get hold of you to use the service?????
