Rather use a professional insurance company

It is impossible to put in a claim. The app and website doesn't allow claims to be submitted, and gives and error message when loading the map. Emailing the address provided resultsin in an error:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: ZA Insur HOC Claims Team (***) The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."

When you call the call centre, you are bound to be disconnected when trying to communicate with the agent. I am really appalled by the unprofessional service of Standardbank Insurance.
