Rather get your insurance elsewhere

I was offered this insurance when I got my home loan through Standard Bank. I had a burst geyser this past Saturday morning. I contacted Standard Bank immediately. The plumbers came out to inspect and said that they could repair it on Saturday or Sunday once it is approved. I heard nothing back. I am without hot water. I contacted Standard Bank Insurance three times since Monday morning to get the repairs approved on their side. Nothing was done. It is now Monday afternoon 16:30. I have just contacted them to insist that it get approved. It got approved while I was on the phone. The plumbers can now only come out on Tuesday. This will be at least 4 days to repair a burst geyser because Standard Bank Insurance themselves are slow.
