Raisethorpe Branch Incompetence and no service delivery

My husband passed away in July I have been to the Raisethorpe branch twice I have dealt with a consultant who assured me that my installment would be cancelled and My R1500 monthly benefit will be paid as well as my refund for these installment will be resolved he promised feedback in a week this was almost 3 weeks ago no feedback from the consultant or the head office, to date no payment of the monthly benefit has been paid. I would not recommend this insurance policy to anyone as the service is terrible as well as the payout too delayed.

Furthermore the reception there is *********** as we waited both times for the consultant for a long time as the receptionist who took down my information did not even let the consultant know I was waiting for him and she is loud in taking down your personal information with no privacy as other customers can hear exactly what she is meant to keep private. There was no manager on the floor to even keep his staff in line. Very disappointed would recommend people visit other branches in Pmb rather. I am elderly and sick to visit your branch constantly or call your callcenter frequently is a huge inconvenience I have paid my premiums I need service delivery as promised.
