****** insurance Standard bank

It's been 4 months since standard bank insurance have been tossing me up and down. To my surprise I've also been a victim to ****** by standard bank insurance, they have my car in they possession and they keep making promises that the car will be fix and they will send documents to me. When I call and make follow up they become ****** and talk to me like I'm nothing. I'm disappointed in the level of ****** standard bank insurance have shown me. Now I'm paying for a car that is in they possession and they refusing to help me. I even went to they headquarters in Johannesburg and was told empty promises,still to date I haven't heard from them. It's because I'm a black old African that they are treating me like this. It's sad to see such in a new South Africa. Standard bank I need my car at my age, I must go through the cold.How disgraceful of you.
