Questionable car finance

I have a couple of questions to Standard Bank that I can not find answeres via email or phone afyer several attempts. I app**** for a car loan via Weelee but was not happy with the car therefor I did not give authorization for final OTP. Nevertheless my car finance was loaded and I have been paying mothly installments for the car that I do not have for the last three months. How is this possible? After notifying Standard Bank of this issue via call centre and email, 3 recurring installments were still deposited from my account...for a car I did not have. How was this transaction enabled withou my conscent? And how can I get the installments back for a car that I had to pay, which I didnt have?
