Pure incompetence - Standard Bank insurance

Totally *********** and unhelpful. After my Geyser claim was approved, the contractor has still not received authorisation, 4 days later. I have spent over 3 hours calling Std bank Insurance this week, only to get no assistance or progress updates. Emails are unanswered, even no response from the complaints email address.
