Promises broken - agáín

Requested Standard Bank Insurance to provide details of new property valuation in Jan 2024 (yes 2024) after they changed Risk Address. They said they will send aa Valuator. In followed up in June 2024 - nobody bothered. Then, after complaining with multiple Standard Bank channels a Valuator was send and I was told that I will get Valuation Report within 3 days - well it has been 10 days and not even Standard Bank Private Banking Team is able to get answers. Then again why should I be surprised - it is Standard Bank Insurance Team after all.
