Promised a call back but never received one

I called standard Bank insurance department on Thursday 2022/09/29 and informed the guy I spoke to that I need proof that I have vehicle insurance with standard Bank, the last one I got didn't have my Vin number and engine number so I would like to add that information. The consultant I spoke said to me someone was gonna call me back to assist me with adding the information within a few minutes. I did emphasize to him how urgent I needed this proof of insurance but no one has contacted me. Now I know if I do call back, someone will take my contact details and won't get back to me. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional.
