Promise to return call

On Monday i followed up on a claim (20/105370)Spoke to a consultant who promised to call me back on Tuesday to confirm payment transfer to my account Until today im still waiting on a call and payment. Typical and not the first time I left all my banking details with the consultant please be so kind to transfer funds immediately (disgusted)
