Pro Rata Amount Needs to be refunded

I was debited over R500 MORE on my premuim this month, with no warning. So, on the same day i called SB Insurance to find out why. I was then told, "lets see if we can make it cheaper" (was assisted by Lesley) Wonderful, she reduced my premium with R755.05. Wonderful. On my policy schedule she sent - it showed a pro rata of R-755.05 (obviously - as they had debited me more - and since you pay IN ADVANCE for insurance ...the money was due to me) If it was more - They would debit me immediately to cover the difference. My policy schedule EVEN SHOWED amount due to me (i have the proof) Now when i called in to find out where my refund is, i am told i don't get ANY refund because i called in on the day it was debited, to adjust the premium. First of all - the only reason i called in, was because they debited me more than my agreed payment! I want my refund that is due to me.
