Previously Stopped DebiChecks - Return all premiums of June 2024

On 17 May 2024 I Stopped a DebiCheck of Funaral deductions on my banking app. Still on the 14th of June 2024 these deductions went off of R524.84 and R390.84. Today, 19 June 2024 I went into the Graaff Reinet branch and dealt with a frontline consultant named Nadene and was told that I couldn't get my premiums back for June because the system doesn't allow it but the DCs were cancelled. Unfortunately, this is completely unacceptable from Standard Bank. I hereby wish to recive my premiums as mentioned above and nothing less. I have already moved my account from FNB as a Private Banker account holder to Standard MyMo Plus account because of disappointing service. Please I beg, do not let this happen to me for the second time.
