Premiums on the building cover are hiked multiple times during the year (2024) without any prior notification to the customer.

My premium was increased in August 2024 as well as December 2024, of which there was no prior notification received for the second increase despite having no claims in 2024. The cumulative increase is now at approximately 65%. Its time to look around elsewhere
