Poor!!!Poor!!!Poor!!!Service!!!

Poor poor poor service!!!! Empty promises!!!!!!! I wrote my complaint here on Hello Peter about poor I got from standard bank about my claim which is still not attended.

Standard bank rep**** saying they will investigate. They called me requesting my claim number of which I gave them long time ago, they say they can't pick up my claim on the system!

Until now my vehicle is still not fixed, thanks to Standard bank!

I would advice everyone not to take any Standard bank products if they know what's best for their lives.......they are very nice when they are selling their Insurence products but when it comes to claims... thank you for your poor service.
