Poor/no service

Poor service from Home Owners Insurance. We waited more than 3 months only to find out that the assessor allocated to our claim is not who he said he is. I am the client and surely should be treated with respect. I have recorded phone calls where I am being yelled at and further more there is no service from their side. I wasted more than R 2 000.00 on airtime trying to contact Standard bank. Every time they say they will get back to me. Not a word. Poor is an understatement of their service
