Poorman workship and Arrogant

A ticket HLC23/00473, was logged with Standard bank insurance and they send plumber to change the geyser. The plumber workmanship was very very poor and everytime they break something. 1. they could not connect the geyser properly and they end up damaging the thermostat of a new geyser which was claimed via insurance for their mistake. 2. Electrician was send to repair a NEW GEYSER THERMOSTAT which was a claim affecting me as a customer. which I see as a ***** from your plumber whoever was handling the claim at the bank. How can a new thermostat paid as claim not warranty? 3. The geyser was not supported with Anchor bolts which risk it falling down. 4. they replaced a 150l geyser with 200l and they had to extended the pipes. they moved the water pump when extending the pipes to align with new geyser and the replaced pipe started to leak affecting the water pump. 5.NOW standbank dont want to repair the damaged caused by their choosen plumber claiming wear and tear. i have proof and it was send to you but you guys showed me middle finger without investigation the poorman workship of your plumber. 6. I have email communication from plumber telling me they are struggling with water pump with another customer that proves they cant work on geyser and water pump.

I tried all procedure for standard bank insurance to fix their error but they are so arrogant together NFO even though we have provided enough evidence. I asked all the telephone recording and report done by plumber but it was not provided for what reason i dont know.
