POOR WORKMANSHIP BY STANDARD BANK CONTRACTORS

Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance appointed a contractor to assess and replace the geyser at my home in Montana Park, Pretoria. The bottom line the work was substandard. The new copper pipe was mounted in such a manner that the cover over the thermostat could not be inserted in place properly Also the mounting ***** was inserted skew into the plastic. Als the bakkie they arrived in left a pool of oil on my imprint paving. The only way this can be cleaned is with a high pressure gun. WHERE DOES STANDARD BANK GET THESE "BAKKIE CONTRACTORS"FROM. DO I HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK THEM FOR THEIR PLUMBING AND ELECTRICIANS LICENCE. AFTER ALL THEY ARE WORKING ON THE WATER SUPPLY AND ELECTRICAL MAINS OF THE HOUSE
