Poor (to state it very nicely) insurance service

I have submitted a claim months ago for a broken laptop and TV. The assessor came out to my home after multiple delays, but he was professional. I have since heard nothing from Standard bank. I have thus requested standard bank to cancel my insurance policy...that is when I got response on why do I want to cancel. I have heard nothing since that call yet and the laptop and tv is still with the assessor. I am not happy with this service at all. Standard bank is quick to debit my account, but nothing more ever happens. SHS***.
