Poor Standard Bank Service
I am still awaiting for Standard Bank to pay for the expenses I incurred due to the negligence caused by their plumbers R2600. Through their *********** service provider, South Side plumbers. I am now fedup with Standard Bank.

07 May 2019, 14:03It has been submitted to your resolution committee but they do not know what is transpiring. They are bunch of inexperienced unproductive individuals who do not seem to understand.
I then handed it to the OMBUDSMAN. They are now trying to resolve the matter.
Looks like Standard Bank is not willing to admit their fault and do not want to pay for my expenses incurred due to their negligence.
