Poor sevice delivery Standard Bank Insurance

I have submitted a claim that was caused by a storm on 22/4/2020 I have signed an payment agreement and sent it back to standard bank insurance. Up until today no payment have been made, I have contacted them numerous times and they comment that the money has been payed over into my account I have checked all transactions and could not find any payment from them. Every time when speaking to an agent they will escalate the problem as it is showed as released and payed which is not the case. they even can not put you through or give a number to phone at the financial department. How pathetic is this system and nobody ever phone you back to solve the problem. MISS one PAYMENT the they quickly to phone you but when needed to PAY nothing happen. Requested that Some body the knows what is going on can phone me. Feel like cancel my insurance with Standard Bank at take it some were else
