Poor service with failed promises
I have never experienced such *********** and poor service. I've been promised to be called a thousand times regarding my vehicle insurance and such hasn't happened. Can you please get in contact with me so that I cancel my business with you, yeses such useless people. I pay MY premiums every month but when it's time that I get service from this business... No body responds

09 Oct 2024, 08:44I'm really disappointed and astonished by your consultants service. I asked for a review on my vehicle insurance of which I've been with you guys for almost 4 years. She told me, my contract couldn't be reviewed and that my premiums would be increased end of November, which baffled me a bit cause the vehicle's value is depreciating
To top things off, she was more than happy I'm canceling my business with you guys instead of escalating the call to her senior. Theirs nothing good I can write regarding the service and may I please get a copy of the cancelation of contract
