Poor Service When Trying to Make a Claim

This is the worst service that I have experienced from a public company. I first tried to call SB Insurance and after several attempts and holding on for more than 20 minutes at a time, I tried to resurrect the registration on the website. Once that process was complete, I managed to register my claim and received confirmation that the claim had been registered and that someone would be in contact with me. That was more than a week ago. I have tried calling them and again after several attempts and one call over 25 minutes of holding on, I gave up.
