Poor service standard bank insurance

If I had my way I would rate standard bank insurance a zero. From last review I still have no response from standard bank yet my claim is still not finalized or paid . Everytime I make a follow up the agents tell me the claim is with ferencics team or with other claims department I am not getting a clear answer or reply as to what is the status of my claim the 5 to 8 working days I was told my claim will be finalized is long gone am still at loss and no clue as to my claim is not paid or finalized untill now. I need assistance as am at a loss as to what to do going forward
