Poor service STANDARD BANK insurance

Good day Extremely disappointing service from STANDARD BANK HOME INSURANCE. Taking them more than a month to resolve claim for waterpipe leak and damages. Continiously have to follow up with them. Seems like they seek for excuses not to assist!
