POOR SERVICE STANDARD BANK HOME INSUARANCE

Standard Bank home Insuarance dont deserve not even a half a star. My claim has been dragging for more than a month and every time Std bank Home Insuarance are just shifting the goal post. Truly putred and poor service. Loyal customer for almost 20 years....but it seems loayalty and paying your premiums dont count. Every time its a new person working on the claim requesting new information. After they have send their own assesors to check the damage of the burst geyeser and approved the claim. After that they wanted the invoices of damage of 2022 which was submitted.....now pushing the goal post again......no no no.....THIS IS NOT ON.....STD BANK HOME INSUARANCE SETTLE YOUR CLIAM AND STOP SHIFTING THE GOAL POSTS. I AM FED UP WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE!!!!! I DONT KNOW WHO VOTED FOR YOU AS THE TOP BANK IN AFRICA......YOU DEFINATLY NOT.....PULL UP YOUR SOCKS!!!!!
