Poor service Standard bank and DSV

My standard bank card was retained by the Atm in New Germany on the 6th of March,I ordered a new card via the banking app and added my delivery address details etc. Standard bank policy is 5-7 business days waiting for delivery of card, this was on the 5th March 2026,I called today and spoke to 2 consultants to no avail,the 3rd consultant contacts DSV the card was delivered to their warehouse on the 6th, she then tells me she has them on the phone and I should speak to them however DSV can only deliver the card on the 18th March 2026,now here is the problem Standard bank policy for card replacementis 5-7 business days,but I'm told to wait until the 18th that is 11 business days,but the consultant doesn't question DSV as to why should the customer wait so long, I am leaving the county on the 17th so won't be available , I cannot do anything via the app as the card that was retained is main card for app and it's being blocked, I cannot transfer money, withdraw funds etc.how is it you still using a courier company that cannot service your customers, from 5-7 it's now 5 - 11 days, how do I go on vacation without any means of gaining access to my hard earned money, this is ******* on all levels.
