Poor Service or rather no service

Today i woke up with a desire to get or rather change commercial insurance for my fleet of vehicles however could not get SBIB Business Division to contact me after numerous calls.

Instead i am here writing a one star review when i suppose to be fixing risk liabilities challenges with a company that is in the business of broking risks...well then again.. Ideally.

Anyways Personally i dont think their staff are actually working from home..Honesly i think they are Sleeping at home.

On a different Note and i hope the managers see this.

I have 30 commercial vehicles currently and I And I turn over 2 commercial vehicles every 2 months

You guys do the math.

By the time Intel or marketing or whomever reads this , I probably would of got it sorted elsewhere.
