Poor Service on claim assistance!!!

Poor Service!!! I've loaded a claim on the 17/04/2026 and still waiting on feedback. I've been calling the contact centre every single day, but could not reach anyone to assist. I've been sending numerous emails,no response. I would not reccommend standard bank insurance to anyone.
