Poor service of giving a client service without any documentation

I ve big problem with stdbank insurance guys my wife bought a house through them as a first time buyer they mafe her all insurance they ve when i saw that i advised her cancel them now we are over a week asking for a assurance premium policy document which she never received when we ask they only send building cover which we dont ve a problem with it,

We blv that these assurance premium cover its a life cover of which i personally ve many questions about it as to whether is a must or not to take, as she has a liberty cover which is their inhouse brand

I really need intervention she cant ve paying 25%of the bond over insurance, i hope you guys will contact us and assist how can i be covered for something i dont know what is

So very disappointed i am even thinking switching the whole bond as these is a reap off
