Poor Service FromStandard Bank Insurance.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of response from standard bank insurance to try an cancel my insurance with them.

I called, i emailed (more than once), and i asked my banker (that also escalated this matter). I am paying x2 for my building cover for the last 2 months. Very frustrated.
