Poor service from Standard Banks Client Resolution Centre , they are worse than the call centre agents

Poor turnaround time from their customer resolution centre , they are inexperienced and untrained staff . Not urgently to get their work done . The problem I raised last week has still not been resolved. They make banking a real issue
