Poor service from Standard bank insurance

I'm struggling with a blocked kitchen sinks for 3 weeks. I had to wash dishes I a basin pipes are leaking inside cupboard where we've pit a bucket and bricks but cupboard is wet daily and smell coming from blocked drain and pipes in kitchen
