Poor service from Standard Bank Insurance

Standard Bank Insurance are using PG Glass Group. The number they give you via sms for PG Glass Cape Town is ***. This number is invalid and Standard Bank Insurance can not provide any other number or email for me to contact PG Glass Cape Town to follow up.

4 days later and 6 phone calls to Standard Bank has still not resolved PG Glass issue. Standard Bank will not accept Police Statement as part of the claim. They want me to contact my local glass center and get a report from them before they can assess damages. I've been with Standard Bank for 40 years, 1st claim in over 10 years. Time to change insurance to more reliable insurance company.
