Poor service from Standard bank Insurance

I claimed my broken shower panel. looked for quotation and sent pictures on the 01/06/2022. An agent called me and promised to send service provider within 24 hours. Its 30 days later and still nothing is happening. I have send numerous emails but still have a broken shower glass, posing a threat to my little kids. This is a horrible experience
