Poor service from Standard Bank Home Insurance

<p>I had an unfortunate incident on the 27/07/2016. My property was damaged - car port, gate, cars and intercom. My claim number ********** 7 was issued. I was promised that i will get my property repaired. Nothing has happened for 2 weeks except the emergency repairs that was promptly done by Home Building Projects. An assessor was appointed and never bothered to attend to my claim for 2 weeks now!!!!!. Standard bank has really disappointed us as home owners with their insurance. I have tried calling the assessor numerous times without success. I have called the call centre and spoke to supervisors without success either. Really bad service from Standard bank as my property states attracts risk at this point.</p>
