Poor Service from my INSURANCE
SIL, Is the worst of the worst insurance that you can get. Please avoid them at all cost. Forced break-in not attended to for two months all quotes had to be gathered myself no action? Previous work done by inferior contractors, still not fixed geyser leak.

I reported this matter on the last day of JULY 2022 to date no reaction.
My reporting the wrong information to Standard Bank in Potchefstroom on my policy documents have not been rectified yet.
All the quotations gathered was by myself, and those gathered have expired now.
Poor service all around.
Calls transferred to department, with the phone of the hook and everybody is chatting about personal problems not work related at all.
It seems that the supervisors are not supervising the work under their control.
NO CONTROL
