Poor Service from Estates department!!!!!!

I am absolutely disappointed in the service we have received from the Estates department. My grandfather passed way last year August the estate is still not wrapped up. The house has been sold and we are unable to get a response from Jenny Naidoo. We were originally dealing with Marion Deckford who has resigned, without any notice to us might I add. Communication is key which is something that this department does not know how to do. If I could advise anyone please don't let them handle your estate. They do not care about the emotions of the family during this time.
