POOR SERVICE

i have lodge a claim with standard bank for my building insurance that i have for 5 years with standard bank (leaking pipes ) the beginning of the month of November until today no respond or feedback from standard bank .now it has cause so much damage to my bathroom until today where i had to find my own plumber to come see wats going on cause Standard bank failed me .the only thing that they knw is to take my money each and every month ad when i need assisted their not even there .
