Poor service delivery -Standard bank insurance

I would have loved not to have rated any star. I've never been so appalled with the level of service I have received ( OR NOT RECEIVED) from Standard bank insurance. For the last three months I have been battling to have my claim. Never being able to speak to the claim handler and having to repeat the issue all over again speaking to different consultants. This is a privately owned company not even government, which is a whole other cattle of fish. No man, what happened to the standard of service delivery. I pay for this. Countless calls from my side and the endless lies. Standard Bank do better man.
