Poor service delivery from Standardbank Insurance!

STANDARDBANK INSURANCE IS UTTER NONSENSE !!! They’ve sent three different contractors to do a leak detection and ALL three of them could find it and thus declaring my claim as invalid. I had to call my own plumbers who eventually found where the problem is and it’s actually a VALID claim to standardbank insurance that I’m covered for. These guys do everything and anything to avoid fixing problems unless they’re small. I’m changing insurances this is disgusting from Standardbank. I had high expectations. I’m so disappointed!!!
