Poor service

Absolutely deplorable service The assessor and standard bank are partnered not to pay out claims. My sound bar stops working and they rejected as power surge..even though I had a power surge protection plug and nothing happened to my TV..they don't respond to emails their calls get cut off..and they never call back I canceled my policy immediately..poor service
