Poor service & communication

Hi SBSA,

I am writing this review due to the frustration I have endured since I lodged claim SHS*** beginning of September.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been calling & been told the claim is waiting for management decision. One consultant also advises that they will follow and call me, no call I have received from them ever since.

Another gave me the name of the person to send escalations too, I did exactly that last Friday & no response.

It has been more than a month, going to the 2nd month and there's still no finality on claim.
