Poor service by your insurance
I’m so loyal to Standard bank that I decided to cancel my car insurance and take on a new one with standard/liberty car insurance
They debuted my account on an unauthorised and did not get funds, that not the issue
I’ve been calling since Tuesday put on hold for a duration of about an hour most
The consultant that assisted me to take the insurance Babalo Mcotshana has been trying times without number to assist as well on his side, we are on hold today again for 36;57 mins
The worse service ever, I’m just hoping to get an account number and ref to pay, continue on to look for a better insurance pooooooooooooooooor!!!!!!!!
