Poor Service by Standard bank team from management level.

What a **** of a company, Their insurance company claim to have paid my vehicle and asset account which was supposed to take 3 business days however they can't provide me with a proof of payment and the bank has not received their payment and it has been 2 full weeks, now I'm being debited for an account that is supposedly paid the person handling my case Sebastian and his team leader Mr Ramosito are also so unbothered about it.
